How we handle your personal data

This site does not track you. No analytics, no cookies, no advertising scripts, no visitor profiling — we checked, and there genuinely are none to disclose. Below is exactly what personal data we do handle, when, why, for how long, and who else ever sees it.

Who we are

What this site does not do

No cookies are set by this site. No analytics or tracking scripts run on it — not Google Analytics, not any other. No advertising networks, no visitor fingerprinting, no third-party embeds that would leak your visit to anyone else. Viewing this website does not, by itself, give us or anyone else any personal data about you.

What we collect, and why

Personal data only reaches us when you choose to send it — by email or by phone. The "Request a call" and "Email your enquiry" links on our Contact page simply open a pre-filled message in your own email program; they do not submit anything to us or to a third party directly, and no separate form or booking service is involved. There is no other channel.

Data handled as part of an actual engagement — access to your systems, configuration, project documentation — is covered separately, in our Security & Data Handling Overview, available on request. It is not duplicated here.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become an engagement — kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Client and billing records — kept for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires (currently up to 10 years for VAT-relevant documents), regardless of whether the engagement itself was shorter.
  • Project and systems data from an actual engagement — governed by the retention policy in our Security & Data Handling Overview, not by this page.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. A small number of infrastructure providers process it on our behalf, strictly to keep the business running:

No other third party currently receives personal data from this site. If an engagement needs an additional specialist from our network, that is covered under a signed confidentiality and data-handling agreement before any access is given — see the Continuity section of the About page.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to:

  • confirm what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it (access)
  • correct it, if it is wrong or incomplete (rectification)
  • delete it, where we are not required to keep it for a legal reason such as accounting law (erasure)
  • limit how we use it while a request like the above is being resolved (restriction)
  • stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interest, unless we have a compelling reason not to (objection)
  • receive the data you gave us in a portable format (data portability)

To exercise any of these, email info@onprem-solution.eu. If you think we have handled your data incorrectly, you can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) at uoou.cz.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or who processes it changes — for example, if we ever move to a hosted form or booking service — this page will be updated and the version and date above will change accordingly.
